Biography

Lisa Wilhite RN, MSN, FNP-c is the ASN and LPN to RN coordinator at Northwestern State University and holds the rank of Assisstant Professor. Mrs. Wilhite has been practicing since 1993 and has been in nursing education since 2007. Mrs. Wilhite completed her BSN , Mastes in Nursing Eduication and a post masters certificate of Family Nurse Practitioner at Northwestern Stae University. Mrs. Wilhite's clinical background is in Woman's Health and med surge nursing and she currently practices part time as a family nurse practitioner.  Mrs. Wilhite is active in Shreveport District Nurses Association and Louisiana State Nurses Association.
