Biography
Doctorate from Louisiana State University in Nutrition and Physiology, and Post-Doctoral work in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Professor at NSU at the Leesville/Fort Polk Campus since 1994. Teach Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition and several other Biology courses. My leisure time is spent training and showing horses Miniature horses.
