Biography

Lisa Lee, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is an instructor in the Master of Science program at Northwestern State University of Louisiana and holds the rank of Assistant Professor. Ms. Lee previously taught as a clinical instructor in the Associate of Science in Nursing Program.  

Ms. Lee completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees at Northwestern State University. She is currently enrolled at the University of South Alabama, actively pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree as well as her PMC as an AGACNP.

Ms. Lee has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2019 in a Cardiology clinic in Central Louisiana as well as with the Hospitalist Team at Rapides Regional Medical Center.  In 2023, she joined the faculty at NSU full time, while continuing to practice as an FNP in Cardiology and Hospital Medicine. Ms. Lee is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, the American Associate of Critical Care Nurses and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.
