46 yrs full time RN (staff and or Assistant Professor)! 20 of the 45 years was a dual role in leadership/management and clinician. 35 of 45 yrs - role as faculty

36 yrs full time nursing professor! Employment History includes: NICU, Pedi, Adult Health Med Surg, Home Health, Psych, Geri, Long Term Care Nursing, Special Ed. Center- Assistant Director of Nursing, La Technical College- Nursing Director / Instructor, NSU  - Assistant Professor

I have taught in  Nursing Level 1, 2, 3, and 5  and Patho at NSU.

I have taught for 16 years in the Community College and 20 years for NSU.

I am primarily assigned Adult Health and Care of Children at NSU.

I love nursing and teaching both didactic and clinical.

I am an American Heart BLS Instructor and maintain ANCC certification in Medical Surgical Nursing.

I have presented at several nursing conferences, currently LSNA reviewer for CE activities, and love to travel and attend conferences. "Learning is life long!"
