Biography

Misty Couvillion, MSN, RN , is an assistant professor of nursing at Northwestern State University, Alexandria Campus.  She has been a registered nurse for 19 years with a background in Oncology , Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Cardiac Nursing and teaching for 9 years. She graduated with her BSN from McNeese in 2006 and MSN from ULL in 2022. She has taught nursing at CLTCC and LCU. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and ANA.
